Using CO2 intelligent responsive surfactant as the main agent, a fracturing energy enhancing and displacement displacement system is prepared. When it meets CO2, it forms an intelligent gel and automatically breaks when encountering oil. The gel breaking fluid has excellent permeability and oil drainage performance.

 

R&D philosophy: Small molecule surfactants (low damage)+nanoparticles (volume effect, surface effect, etc.)

 

We have developed highly active, self-assembled amide based amphoteric surfactants and self dispersed silica based active nanoparticles (10-20nm).

 

Main technical parameters:

(1) Temperature resistance of 140 , high drag reduction (>75%), excellent oil permeability and drainage (22.5%);

 

(2) Small molecule surfactant as the main agent, automatically breaking the gel when encountering oil (<5mPa·s), without residue, low damage (<10%);

 

(3) The mother liquor is a single liquid with stable performance (>1year), and quickly thickens when encountering water, meeting the requirements of "continuous mixing, ready to use, and adjustable viscosity (fine) throughout the entire process";

 

(4) During the construction process, the liquid should not fall to the ground, and the ground should be clean and environmentally friendly;

 

(5) After fracturing, there is no need for backflow, and the well can be directly opened for production after being closed (2-10 weeks)

 

(6) It has obvious advantages in large-scale and large displacement construction, fracturing process control, cost control, etc.
