The nano-inhibitor is squeezed into the loose sand body. Under the action of surface energy, the nanoparticles suspended in the dispersant accumulate on the surface of the gravel to form a coupling coating. The coupling coating is coupled in water to form a three-dimensional grid to achieve the purpose of inhibiting quicksand.
After the inhibitor enters the formation, the downhole sand particles are bonded and anchored to form 'artificial rock', which fundamentally prevents the formation from sanding and achieves the purpose of sand control.
Performance parameter:
(1) 10℃-30℃, viscosity ≤ 5mPa.s ;
(2) It has good consolidation performance in the formation sand with different particle sizes, and the consolidation strength is 6-10MPa ;
(3) Cemented with 100 / 200 mesh fine silt, the permeability can still be maintained above 2D;
(4) After the solidification of quicksand inhibitor to fine silt and argillaceous fine silt, the strength reaches more than 5.0MPa and the permeability reaches more than 1μm2. The product has unique adaptability in fine silt and argillaceous fine silt.
