The effective content of high content emulsion polymer reaches 50%. It combines the advantages of high effective content of powder products and fast dissolution rate of emulsion products. It has the characteristics of high effective content, fast dissolution rate, no fisheye in liquid preparation, good solvent effect and stable storage performance. It can be used in many fields. Low concentration is used as slick water, medium and high concentration is used as linear glue, and cross-linking agent is used as sand carrying construction of gel liquid, which greatly simplifies the construction process and improves the work efficiency. It has a good prospect of popularization and application. It can be used for factory large-scale fracturing transformation, on-site mixed fracturing transformation, variable viscosity fracturing system construction, offshore platform operation construction, and special well sites with small operation area and harsh environment.
Performance indicators :
( 1 ) The base fluid viscosity of high content emulsion fracturing fluid is 11~19mPa·s, the slick water viscosity is less than 5mPa·s, and the dissolution time is less than 20s.
( 2 ) High content of emulsion fracturing fluid using on-site flowback fluid, well station purified water, water wells and other preparation of fracturing fluid crosslinking hanging time is 40~80s.
( 3 ) The viscosity of high content emulsion fracturing fluid is greater than100mPa.s under the condition of 90℃, 170s-1, shearing 60min.
( 4 ) The high content emulsion fracturing fluid was completely broken within 2 hours at 90℃.
( 5 ) High content of emulsion fracturing fluid gel breaking liquid constant temperature 1h, demulsification rate is greater than 95%.
