This technology is a fracturing fluid technology developed for high-temperature deep wells (>210℃) and dry hot rock fracturing transformation. It improves the high-temperature resistance of the fracturing fluid through special process modified thickening agents and synthesized cross-linking agents, making the temperature resistance of the fracturing fluid higher than 210℃. Combined with the high concentration of thickening agents and the characteristics of on-site fracturing construction, the low viscosity fracturing fluid base fluid effectively solves the problem of insufficient pumping and supply of on-site sand mixing trucks.
Main technical parameters:
(1)At present, the temperature resistance of slow crosslinking polymer fracturing fluid gel in China generally does not exceed 150℃.The ultra-high temperature fracturing fluid we have developed has a temperature resistance of>210℃, and the viscosity of the fracturing fluid remains above 100mPa·s after shearing for 120 minutes at 210℃ and 170s-1.
(2)The fracturing fluid system can add a weighting agent potassium formate (density 1.2, temperature resistance 190℃), and the viscosity of the fracturing fluid is still above 100mPa·s.
(3)Ultra high temperature fracturing fluid can realize lotion integrated fracturing construction, online preparation of slick water, linear gel and fracturing fluid gel, modular fracturing fluid, without the need for mixing truck.
