Aiming at the fracturing fluid technology developed for high temperature deep well (> 180℃) fracturing, the high temperature resistance of fracturing fluid is improved by special process modified thickener and synthetic crosslinking agent.

Product characteristics:

Salt resistance and high temperature resistance;

Low viscosity of base fluid, slow crosslinking, good sand carrying performance;

The highest effective content is 50%, the swelling time of powder is less than 10min, and the swelling time of suspension is less than 1min.

Main technical parameters:

(1)The viscosity of the base fluid prepared by the high content emulsion fracturing fluid is 11~19mPa·s, the viscosity of the slick water is less than 5mPa·s, and the dissolution time is less than 20s, which meets the requirements of the fracturing fluid index.

(2)The crosslinking time of high content emulsion fracturing fluid prepared by on-site flowback fluid, well station purified water and water source well is 40-80s, which meets the requirements of fracturing fluid for crosslinking time.

(3)The viscosity of high content emulsion fracturing fluid is more than 100mPa·s under the conditions of 90℃, 170s^-1 and shearing 60min, which is prepared by on-site flowback fluid, well station purified water and water source well. It meets the requirements of temperature and shear resistance of fracturing fluid.

(4)The fracturing fluid with high content of emulsion is prepared by on-site flowback fluid, well station purified water, water source well and so on. The fracturing fluid is completely broken within 2 hours at 90℃,which meets the requirements of fracturing fluid for gel breaking performance.

(5)The high content emulsion fracturing fluid uses the fracturing fluid gel breaking fluid prepared by on-site flowback fluid, well station purified water, water source well and so on. The constant temperature is 1h, and the demulsification rate is greater than 95%.
